2. What Data We Collect
When you place an order
Name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number (optional), payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments / third-party payment providers — we never store full card details).
When you visit our website
IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit, referral URL — collected automatically via server logs and analytics tools.
When you contact us
Name, email address, and any information you voluntarily include in your message.

4. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Purpose: Website usage analysis, traffic measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 uses cookies and collects anonymised usage data. IP anonymisation is enabled. You can opt out at any time via our cookie banner or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)
Purpose: Conversion tracking, retargeting, ad optimisation
Data transferred to: USA (Standard Contractual Clauses)
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
The Meta Pixel allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, create custom audiences, and run retargeting campaigns. It tracks actions such as page views, add-to-cart events, and purchases.

6. Google Ads
Purpose: Conversion tracking, remarketing
Data transferred to: USA (Standard Contractual Clauses)
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which ads lead to purchases on our website. If you have clicked on a Google Ad, a cookie is placed on your device for 30 days. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings.
7. Cookies
We use the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary: Required for the shop to function (cart, checkout, session). No consent required.
